I was not sure what to expect on my first trip to Cycle Gear, but it was highly recommended by a good friend. I went in and was immediately greeted by a young man, I believe his name was Austin, who was eager to help me. He helped me get everything I came in for and then some! He was very knowledgeable and seemed interested in helping me instead of pushing product. Overall great staff, service, and products.

How about honoring your prices from the web in the store?
Stopped in looking for a Bell Bullet helmet that they had on sale. Of course they did not have any in stock.
Awful service in store. I’ve had much better experience at others stores and I went ahead and spent over $500 on motorcycle goods elsewhere today because of it. The harley dealerships have never left me feeling like I should just go somewhere else.
