I've been going to this place ever since I got my first bike 8 months ago in the August of 2017. The guys at this Cycle Gear recommend products from personal preference instead of just pushing sales. They give helpful insight so you don't waste your money and have a 30 day no questions asked warranty to back it up, but ultimately, leave the decision up to you. At the end of the day, they remember you, ask you about your bike, and make your satisfaction top priority. As long as they're still in business, I'll still be going.
Great staff. Down to earth well knowledges guys! I'm in there 2-3 times a week and always get great service! Keep these guys busy and get in there and get some gear!
I have been in the market for a new helmet, and the guys at cycle gear have been very knowledgeable. They put up with me trying on helmets, walking around with them on, over the course of several visits. They even stayed a little later than closing time to help me out. I finally settled on the shoei rf1200, and i couldnt be happier. I will be telling all my friends about my experience.
I have never been so well taken care of by a store that doesn't run on commission! I went in looking for some cold weather gear, with no knowledge of how heated gear works. I was shown many options and was assisted by Bill for easily an hour to make sure I had everything I needed. Chris and zach were also very helpful! Top notch knowledge and service! I'll definitely be back!
I was there last night exchanging my heated gear due to fatly switch on cloves , bad switch . Dan the sales man took care if it , Was very professional & knew what I was looking for . I had a couple xtra bucks & bought a GPS tank mount & heated liners . Dan noticed the New Gloves I traded in for had different switch ,, Up grade . Thanks . Great service Great gear ...
