I’ve called a few times, always helpful and patient. Just getting back into riding so had a ton of questions and getting caught up on new gear. They aren’t very close, so today being a bit of a drive for me and first time ever being to cycle gear, arriving very close to closing time, they were so helpful in helping me choose a jacket, gloves, vest, other accessories, and a SENA Bluetooth system! My husband and I stopped by to see about getting helmets and the staff was great. Even with it being nearly time to close they took the time to explain each feature of any of the helmets we had questions about. We also bought Bluetooth for our helmets and they took the time to install that in both of our helmets after closing time. We will definitely be back again. Our trip from Peru was well worth it!
