I really haven't written any review for a very long time, but for me this shop is worthy of every recommendation it can get from its customers.
Pathetic service department. Dropped off tires to be changed, not a soul in the store. Two DAYS later, the tires had not moved one inch from where I left them. Avoid this place like the plague.
Your home for cheap, Chinese gear – The clothing is cheap, Chinese junk -- especially the zippers. During their events, there are a large number of wannabe outlaws on crotch-rockets with no license plates but lots of 'tude.
UNTRUSTWORTHY – On Dec. 28th 2011, I placed an order with CycleGear on line. It was for a Two Bros. STASH exhaust system for a VFR800 2007 motorcycle order # 683795 total cost with taxes was $514.63. On Dec. 29th 2011, I was notified that the item was not in stock and that my order was cancelled. The web site showed that it was in stock. On the 30th of Dec. the web site for the item changed and it said that it was available to order and that it ships in 2-4 business days. Rude – Went in there to get a gift for my husband, first time I was in there I couldn't find anyone to help me and then when I finally saw someone he walked by me like 3 times and I had to hunt him down to ask a question. He wasn't too friendly. Then when he grabbed the size I needed he gives me the ripped box instead of the nice one! Then I call today asking a question and got a rude response. A great place to find what you need. – The Folks at Cycle Gear have been absolutely great in helping me out to find just what I need for customizing my bike, that includes everything from changing a tire to the best deals on aftermarket parts, accessories and apparel for any time of year. I have to say that the manager and his staff have made my experience always something to look forward to even when I just want to stop by to say hello and check out the new sales.
