After being off two wheels for five years, it was time for my wife and me to get back in the saddle again. We came by the shop today with our shopping list for gear. Absolutely unprofessional. Came into get a tire and was told it wasn't in stock, even though there were two on the shelf. Came back the next day to have it mounted, was told "it will be about 40 minutes". Checked in an hour later and it hadn't even been started. When I dared to ask about it the sales girl, who is completely useless and seems to have zero knowledge about anything in the store, had a terrible attitude and told me she would call once it was done. Haven't been to the store but chatted with a salesman online about which helmet would be best suited for my boys. Very helpful! Very pleased with my purchase of the Bilt Kids Clutch 2 helmet. My 3 yo had a horrible accident and no doubt, that helmet saved his life.
