Getting ready for a ride this weekend, Friday afternoon around 4:30 I noticed a bump on my front tire. I thought my weekend ride was over . I called cycle center of Denton and they said get it here by 6pm , before 7pm I was back on the road. Great job all around and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you

Lousy service. No one wants to sell a bike. Tried to buy a Vaquero last year. Salesman said the Vaquero didnt come in flat Black. Needless to say I found one up the road and bought it new. Fast forward to today. Tried to buy a brand new Victory but the sales manager Chris Lied to us on a trade in. So we went up the road and bought a brand new Victory CC. I guess this dealership doesnt like money.......weird!?!?!? Lmfao
Made an 8hr drive to help a friend pick up his bike. Even bit of the experience was on point here. From finance to buying gear. To loading it on the trailer. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommended these people!

Not impressed. I drove 80 miles (round trip) to look at a used bike. I had emailed to verify it was still there and was emailed back that it was still in stock. I responded that I would be there Friday or Saturday to look at it. I admit it was a cheap used BMW but I had cash in my pocket and insurance arranged. Bike was in service I was told. Never offered to show it me. They told me it would be ready Saturday for sure and would call me. No call so I called. Still not done. Seems odd to me that there are 15 or so pictures of... read more
I purchased a helmet, to find out later that top vents on it were broken. After somewhat negative response to their customer satisfaction survey, I received a phone call the same day, and a follow up call letting me know that they have ordered the replacement vents. 5-stars for prompt resolution! However, I had to knock one off, due to a defective product that was sold. It shouldn't be broken when sold, however, in all honesty it was on sale for a great price - more than 50% off.
Wish you guys had a store up here. Nothing but excellence and going out of their way to help a Yankee Cheesehead bring home his dream bike. I've been looking for a year, tried several times(with disappointing results). Derrick was very easy and straightforward to work with, even picked me up at the airport.
