Our recent purchase of a pair of SENA intercoms was a most enjoyable experience thanks to Kirby. From initial sale thru installation and training, the process was seamless. Props to the entire staff at Cycle Center of Denton. (y)
I've had very good experiences with the serve department at CCOD. Most recently I got jammed up and Mark in service bailed me out. My tail and signal lights went out - 3 days before an annual group ride. Even though normal wait time is about 2 weeks because they are so busy, Marked worked me in, fixed the electrical problem and got me out in time to make the ride. I've never had a problem with service at CCOD.
CCOD Has great customer service all around, service done on my RZR was completed on the date they originally told me at drop-off...Keep up the great job guys and gals
even with a price given they just up and decide to change the price of quote and up times needed to work a job . After researching alt belt change the price went from 100-150 to 315.oo then parts were lost . AVOID this place like the plague .
Mike is my go to man for anything cycle related. His attention to detail is second to none!
