Great customer service! When I received my PC my GPU was defective and I worked with their tech support team over the phone to troubleshoot. Unfortunately I had to send the GPU back, but they have been really responsive to all emails and they've been overall really helpful!

This was my first time buying a pc, of any type, And CLX made this process very easy. I really appreciated how customizable the pc parts were and how easy it was to understand. They were really transparent about the building process and provided pictures all the way to the end.

They made a good computer and it works as I like, but... I really felt like I was slapped in the face and given a computer saying "Thanks for spending the money on what you wanted and here's what you got", I didn't care they changed parts on me but they should have at least contacted me to make sure it was ok or worked with me on something I wouldn't have cared if I had to spend a bit more or less, I picked brands that I was comfortable with, that I felt were reliable based on what I've used in the past, and seeing I got bra... read more

Researched and reviewed a ton of gaming PC builders, and ended up going with CLX. Couldn't be happier with my decision thus far. First and foremost, they allowed me to customize each option and every component that went into it. This is surprisingly not as common in industry as I would have thought. Check out a bunch of websites for gaming pc's and none let you custom everything. CLX allowed me to buy the pc i wanted. allowed me to choose every piece that went into it. really loved that aspect about the site. once purchased they notified me of every step. appreciated knowing what step its at and where its going next. definitely recommend CLX for anyone looking for a gaming pc.
