Ive had my system for a little over two weeks and so far its been wonderful! The only hiccup i encountered was when my disk drive came unplugged, but it was a simple fix and I can only attribute it to shipping! Regardless, the bax it came in had no damage, and the computer is perfect.
Love the colors of the fans and the design of the machine. Enjoy the fact that I am able to upgrade it in the future.
Took a bit to get here. But do to these chaotic times and the horrid weather it is understandable. No issues with the rig at all so all in all a wonderful experience.
For me my experience with CLX was great, the only issues that I have is paperwork after completing my purchase and even after receiving the desktop I expected some type of paper showing a breakdown of what i purchased but nothing. I was worried after I placed my order that it it was not processed. Spending soo much money for something would be great to have some sort of paper work on the machine. Just unboxed so far loving the quality out of the box. had a bad experience with Amazon for a prebuilt pc argued for weeks on refund. Fired up right out the box packaging tells me they care for their product. Will try and give a follow up later. Absolutely excited for this PC!!! :-)
Very pleased with my purchase. I already had an MSI 3060 GPU and switched the graphic card with no problem. Soooo much faster then my 1080. Ecstatic . Delivery was a little slow....2 months. I'm sure that can be improved.
This was my first time buying a pc, and CLX made this process very easy. I really appreciate how customizable the pc parts were and how easy it was to understand their website. They are really transparent about the building process and the pictures are great! The PC arrived built so it saved me alot of time. I love my new PC !! Thank you CLX <3 :D
I love the new PC! CLX support was great when I emailed them and helped me get exactly what I wanted. As for their phone support, it was great until they tell you that they will get back to you. I called them concerned why my PC was in testing for more than 8 days. They told me that they will reach out to the department and get back to me. They never did, so I called again and what do you know, the same thing happened again. The options they have is pretty big and they let you know if something doesnt work together. Customer service is pretty spot on about helping you with any questions you have also with letting you know if something does work together or not. 1010 would recommend!
