Packaging was great. Everything running fine. Notification as it was being built and delivered were great... I watch UPS drive withing 4 miles of my house for 9 hours.... Drove me crazy that it was so close but still i knew it was going to be here that day.
The pc is perfect conditon, runs so smoothly. had a problem with the rgb fans but they sent me new power cord and got everything fixed. Overall great experience!
I brought one for my daughter last year, their service was so attentive and wanting to help that, this year I have my own CLX Gaming PC for Christmas!!! I would, without any hesitation, recommend CLX to anyone that is looking for any kind of pc, their quick response to make the perfect pc for you is exceptional and their PC'S ARE definitely beyond expectations. Absolutely fantastic. Was needing a new custom pre-build after my 10 year old previous one finally gave up the ghost, and CLX's site was super easy to use. The Set model was perfect for my price range and needs, and the recent Black Friday specials meant I got it way cheaper than I'd originally planned and budgeted for. The particular Set custom build I got through CLX is fantastic - it's whisper quiet and was ready to go pretty much out of the box. It looks sharp and classy, too.

My PC have been arrived in Perfect condition. No issues at all. The customer service was absolutely amazing, they response speedy to all my inquires and gave me a good advises and explanations with pictures t. I had to change something after I ordered my PC and they responded quickly. I Would like recommend this company to anyone looking at a PC.
