The ordering process was simple and customer support was extremely helpful when I did call with questions. I absolutely am amazed by the extent of the quality control. Pictures were taken at each step of the process and signed by the employee. Really amazed by this and the continual updates that tracked the progress. I guarantee my next computer will be built by CLX.

I had a great experience buying from CLX. They kept me well informed on my system as it was being built. There was an issue that was not the fault of CLX. They built my 1st PC and it got lost Or stolen in the shipping process. They did build another PC for me exactly the way I wanted it.. I recommend CLX gaming to anyone looking into buying a custom built gaming PC.
I could not be more pleased. I've had computers since ************* TRS-80 !! I had mine built using the latest components available and was updated during the complete process. Any future systems will be purchased thru this group. I rate them 11/10 and maybe even higher !
cant figure out how to change the fan color when i sent it back
Just received the pc today so still testing everything out but so far so good. Had a few hiccups during the build but everything was sorted out rather quickly. Besides having a few bent pins on the cooler everything looks great and only time will tell how the machine performs.
My first PC had a few issues, but they did everything they could to fix them. Then ran into an issue with my AMD Issue just not working properly with my build even though there shouldn't be an issue. After a few months and part exchanges and what not, they decided to just build me a new PC and upgraded some of my parts free, including switching me to an RTX 3080 which is a bit more expensive than my current GPU but do the same thing. Awesome stuff. Amazing customer support, so far the pc is running beautifully, and they were quick as can be considering the parts shortage. Never seen a company send me quality assurance documents with pictures while my computer was being built either. Top notch work.
This is my 2nd pc from these guys. So far so good. I really like the quality of their work. I am a former computer business owner and I know what a good computer build should be. These guys are doing a great job. They build high quality computers. I haven't had to use their warranty or repair service but based on their build, I'm sure they will be good at that too.
