Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish. I've gone from building my own gaming PCs to trying other services. CLX is by far the best experience I've had after paying someone else to build. Great customer service, excellent selection of components, great communication, and a fabulously shipped end product. Absolutely will use them again!
The CLX buying process was absolutely amazing. You could customize your build in almost every way. The status of the build was up to date and spot on. The computer came in a crate and was secure in every way. There was 1 screw loose when it arrived (most likely because of vibration during shipping), but I was able to locate it and replace it as the build itself was very clean and tidy. I would recommend CLX gaming to anyone, even if not getting a gaming computer.
didn't have any issues with my build, was worried maybe it wouldn't arrive on time, but it was built and arrived on time. Every step of the build was documented and pictures were taken. The computer was packed and protected well in the box. No issues so far. Runs well and was well constructed. Everything looks and runs as expected after several weeks. Overall very good experience.
The website was easy to use and the customer support was very helpful. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to customize their computer. Those who are curious about the computer I got it was a CLX Ra.
