RUN AWAY! DONT SIGN UP! We used the service for a couple of years with minimal issues. The problem comes when you try and cancel. I have emailed them 10+ times, called in multiple times and they refuse to cancel the account. I reply to emails and they want you to do something else, I call in and they want you to do another thing, I give them the invoice numbers and address they are sending me and they want to do something else to verify. The customer service I have received has been great. There was a problem with the vps nodes for one of my servers but they worked hard to get it fixed. Thanks guys!!!
