Ms. Cathy was absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with. She understood my needs and worked closely with me. She asked fundamental questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. Her prompt with questions helped me tremendously. Amazing work! And as per the trucks, I had no issues with my rental. It was very smooth. I recommend this location to all. Had the best moving and storage experience at Cy Fair Storage this weekend. The front desk rep, Miss Cathy, treated me like we were old friends. She ensure I had the right space and van for my needs and made the whole transaction easy peasy while sharing laughs. If you need to be taken care of... this is the place!
The office and units were clean and well kept. Cathy helped me figure out what size I needed and I was even able to rent a u-haul truck to move everything in! Cathy and Crystal were both super nice. I'm so glad I chose this facility.

I highly recommend this storage facility! We had a few bumps in the road and everyone at the act-fair was wonderful. Kathy helped me through some issues and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you need to store anything I would definitely give this place a shot!
