My family and I have been going here for several years. They’re wonderful. Both doctors listen, gathering a full health history. They are also great with kids. Go here for your eye care needs - they’re committed to their community and their business - and not a chain store
I was told by a friend the doctors were great, staff not so much. Sadly, I’ll never know how great the doctors might be because after arriving for our appointment I was basically blown off. They hadn’t verified my sons insurance and I’d need to reschedule. Except I told them he is special needs. He has 6 + hours of therapy a week (PT canceled to make this appointment) and sisters with schedules. Didn’t care.

Been great until today. My daughter, who is one of their patients, needed checked for pink eye. This is considered medical so must be filed under our medical insurance, not vision. They refused to take our military insurance. Yes, MILITARY. Providers do not need a contract to take this insurance, they simply file the claim. They refused to take the insurance for the daughter of a 100% disabled veteran because "We don't take military insurance." How completely un-patriotic. Mrs Glenn, I apologize about the miscommunication. I did not refuse your medical insurance. We have not worked with your insurance and my staff told me they needed to call and ask how it needed to be filed. I asked my staff to call the insurance to see how we needed to have it filed at lunch time. I would be glad to see your daughter today or any day. Scheduled an appointment and even received a confirmation email with the date and time. Walk in 30 minutes prior to the appointment and they claim I had not made an appointment and that they cannot see me as they were closing in an hour and a half. Need to fix online scheduling services or don't offer that option at all.
Love the staff and doctors at Cy-Fair Eyecare. They provide excellent service and care about their customers. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
