Communication was terrible from start to finish. I never got updates on when the crew would arrive, and when they did, they didn’t explain what they were doing or how long it would take. The lack of professionalism really stood out.
The gutters were installed okay, but the crew left scraps of metal and screws around my yard. I had to clean up after them to make sure my kids and dog wouldn’t get hurt. Small details like cleanup make a big difference — and they missed that part completely.
I expected quality work since they specialize in seamless gutters, but the installation looks uneven and leaks at the corners. I called to have them check it, and they said they were booked for weeks. Very frustrating — I wouldn’t call this “premium” service.
I reached out to CWB Rain Gutters for their “free estimate,” but it took over a week to hear back. When someone finally came, the price I was quoted later on the invoice was much higher than the estimate. Felt like a waste of time and not very transparent.
I was confused if i wanted k style or the more expensive options. Went with k style. Good crew. Owner is hard worker💪🏼
