Pharmacy is very slow to help people the line is always long because there employees like to stand and have conversations.
Your phone system is TERRIBLE !!! i have to call once a month to order one of my scripts (Tramadol) and now we can not call and talk directly to a person in the pharmacy??? That is ridiculous. I wanted to change all of my scripts and my family's to Rite Aid because it is so annoying.\nFortunately for CVS, you have employees like Jessica (a pharmacist) who went waaay out of her way today for my wife.
