Everything is good about CVS except for the stupid idiotic horribly frustrating A I phone system that they have put in just to try and get an answer about a prescription. Just trying to find out if it is received, ready, etc. is the most frustrating thing I have experienced with any store to date. 🤬‼️
Had an issue with the proper insurance coverage - Katherine and another blonde lady (I didn’t catch her name) were so patient and helpful and sorted out the situation - very kind and much appreciated! Prescription wait time to pick up was also quick!
This five-star review is directed at the pharmacy staff specifically. I use this pharmacy all the time and have for years. It is a crazy busy pharmacy. I am continually amazed at the workload and pace of operations I'm seeing while I'm standing in line. When I visit other CVSs, there seems to be a much larger staff and not as much pressure on the employees.
