Gave me the wrong medication then accused me of replacing my medication with a different one, then shamed me for not reading the pill description on the bottle. This isnt even the first time they've given me the wrong medication.
Just went there today and I knew I had savings coupons Downloaded to my phone, the girl was so quick to ring me out and I said I have coupons to redeem and she said oh yeah no you don’t when actually I did. She just didn’t want to have to redo the order. This Mystic CVS has got to be the worst CVS to deal with. I don’t like to shop in there unless Heather and Corey are upfront. Let me start by saying I went to this CVS because it’s literally right down the road from my job. I live 40 minutes away, so I thought it would be a quick in and out after a 10 hour workday. Ha. Ha. Ha. I got there at 5:00 PM and didn’t leave until 8:00 PM. Three hours of waiting, repeated attitude from the staff and being told I couldn’t pay out of pocket for my prescriptions apparently, patience is a requirement they don’t teach in training.
