Just be careful they are using your insurance because ours NEVER stays in their computer when we get our medicence. They have fixed it so many times and it still has to be fixed when we go in to get our medicence.
I had nothing but issues trying to get prescriptions filled. The prescription were sent in by the hospital. 24 hours later and still not filled. I will not be using them again!
Tonight I went to pick up my son’s antibiotic at the CVS in Poquoson, only to find out his doctor’s office hadn’t actually sent the prescription. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond — they helped me contact the after-hours service, kept me updated the entire time, and even filled the prescription just two minutes before closing. Every single person was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. I’m so grateful for the way they took care of us tonight. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
