After purchasing a $255 RX at the pharmacy counter, the pharmacy staff refused to ring up the purchase of one other non pharmacy item. .....telling me I needed to go to another register. There were 3 pharmacy staff working and no one in line behind me. To me this is unacceptable customer service. There are many more pharmacies out there. CVS, you just lost my family's business.
I know cvs pharmacies get a bad rap but our pharmacy on Sterner's Way in Bethlehem is great. The employee's inside the store are alway's friendly and helpful and the employee's at the drive-up pick up for the pharmacy are incredible. Super friendly, know our name and are an asset to CVS.
Alyssa at the drive thru window is always extremely friendly and helpful. She makes picking up our prescriptions smooth and always pleasant. A+++ service.
The pharmacist was very friendly, personable, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
