CVS has gotten a Lot better in the past year.
Exceptionally bad pharmacy staff here. Ignorance and attitude galore with front pharmacy staff. Order and reorder meds and they have no clue when they will arrive or if they're even on today's shipment. Told be here after noon yesterday now it 4pm and maybe tomorrow now. Total circus this place. Avoid if possible.
Recently I had a good bit of confusion about one of my prescriptions. In trying to clear this up I spoke several times both by telephone and in store at the pharmacy desk to various employees. Every time the CVS employee was patient, courteous, and helpful. I know they are very busy, but they always made me feel like I was very important to them. Thank you CVS for caring.
I appreciate the CVS technicians and their professionalism I always get at this location! The technician at the pharmacy the other day was so helpful. Since my kids’ 3rd party insurance had not been updated yet in CVS’s system, their medicines were ringing up incorrectly. At first she said it would be 30 minutes, and I could come back, (they were about to go to lunch) but she immediately said never mind, just give me a second, I’ll take care of it for you.
