Recently I had a good bit of confusion about one of my prescriptions. In trying to clear this up I spoke several times both by telephone and in store at the pharmacy desk to various employees. Every time the CVS employee was patient, courteous, and helpful. I know they are very busy, but they always made me feel like I was very important to them. Thank you CVS for caring.
I appreciate the CVS technicians and their professionalism I always get at this location! The technician at the pharmacy the other day was so helpful. Since my kids’ 3rd party insurance had not been updated yet in CVS’s system, their medicines were ringing up incorrectly. At first she said it would be 30 minutes, and I could come back, (they were about to go to lunch) but she immediately said never mind, just give me a second, I’ll take care of it for you. Store was clean and all pharmacy staff were helpful and friendly.
Shopping at CVS is both Pleasant and a very quick trip is never a line they always try to help you they smile and make you smile sometimes even when you're not feeling good. But they go out of their way to help you and the store is always clean I'm very impressed with our local CVS Pharmacy in Picayune Mississippi
