jessica is one of the most rudest pharmacy techa ever. Not only did she could she help us. she hindered us and fussed at us. She didnt know generic form of med. didnt know how to use computer. typed in insurance wrong. Then after 30 minutes at drive thru holding up other cars said med wasnt ready. I wish negative or 0 stars could be given. This is the worst pharmacy I've EVER been to! I would love to speak to corporate about the multitude of issues that I've encountered with this crappy location. It is utterly useless!!!! Among many, MANY other, far worse problems, tonight I was told it would take 14 hours to fill my antibiotics, inhaler, and prednisone. 14 freaking hours!!! Drive Thru is for quick service. You must always allow yourself 30 to 45 minutes to get to the window. Not to mention it takes hours to fill prescriptions. That's not good especially when you have customers that have the flu, strep or whatever and they need to be home in bed getting better yet they have to wait at the store for meds and spread sickness or even yet go have to go home and wait then come back to the store. This is not how you keep customers.
I absolutely despise this Pharmacy. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers this location in town. Customer service is the worst!!! They don't care about the patient at all!!! �
Why is it you send a reminder text that I have 1 more day to pick up my precipitation. Then when I get here to pick it up, you cancelled it 3 days prior. Now I have to wait even longer for y I yiu to refill it. I tho uh ght it was more convenient to have it only automatic refill, but it is not. CVS you drop the ball on this one big. My time is valuable also. #cvsfailed #mytimeisvaluable
Allegra the pharmacy tech just afforded me the most god awful service that i have ever received anywhere!!
