We used this CVS for over a year & generally, customer service is just not good. Switched to Strawberry Hills a few months ago. However this past Friday we had to use CVS because of late hours. It was crazy bad. Very poorly managed. Wound up taking about 4 hours to get one prescription filled. During all that, I was treated poorly by 1 staff, essentially lied to by another, then ignored by other staff. Most other people in line were being told the same BS. We will never use CVS again! We use the GoodRx app and they would not honor the price! CVS you are horrible! Definitely not using you for a thing! I will make sure I share this all over all social media! My friends and family will know!
Worst customer service ever. There's always a problem EVERY time I go to get my medication. The head pharmacist is always rude and never helpful. Also thinks she knows everything about diabetes. Let me tell you, not one person is the same when it comes to this disease. Instead of trying to shame me, do your job and get my prescription.
I was there for the shingles vaccine. Overall, it was a good experience, but think about it I got a shot! 😳😳
Worst customer service ever! We will wait an extra day for our medicine before we ever visit there again!
