Pharmacy dept is wonderful
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. This is not my usual CVS, but it was the one that had the medicine my mom needed. The new phone system requires that you leave a message and someone is to call you back. I received no phone call back. The one at the drive thru walked away from the window after giving her my credit card and never came back, instead she stood at the furthest computer drinking coffee. Another tech came to the rescue once I alerted them that I was still waiting. I’ve gotten better service at McDonald’s!
CVS provided great customer service when I went in to pick up my prescription today. The service was prompt, and the checkout lady was pleasant and cheerful. Thank you.
