CVS in general tends to suck, but Thomasville CVS takes the cake for slow service and disgruntled employees
They refuse to answer their phone lines! Ever!!! Just waited in drive thru for over 1 hour with only 2 cars ahead of me. Last week I sat on the phone for an hour and 37 minutes. No one ever answered. They just let it ring the whole time. I had to call corporate. Who magically got they. It is everyday!!!!
I am being forced by my insurance and my employer to buy all my diabetic medications from a CVS pharmacy. Your Thomasville, GA pharmacy will not even answer their phones! Been trying for 2 days. After long hold waits at your Moultrie, GA store your pharmacy staff is not too thrilled to help you. There is not even a CVS pharmacy local to me. After my root canal this morning it took them 5 hours to fill my prescription!
Most seemingly annoyed cashier award goes to Cam! Who obviously thinks eye rolling is an acceptable job skill. ���
