Due to insurance restrictions, I do not have a choice of pharmacies for maintenance meds. The people here are very nice but the service is AWFUL! There have been numerous times when I've called in a refill & it not been ready as stated. There have been many times when they didn't have a med needed but didn't bother to notify me until I came to pick it up. Not sure if they are overwhelmed but unfortunately I have no choice of pharmacies.
I had an absolutely excellent experience at the CVS Minute Clinic this morning, Paula treated me. There are not enough kind words to express my gratitude for her care, concern, compassion and doing such a thorough exam with an accurate diagnosis. So much so, I felt so bad I could hardly go when I arrived, I took the prescribed meds and kid you not, 4 hours later I felt so much better. Paula knows her stuff! This old pharmacy man is the worst ever. He needs monitored n there are lots of ppl who would make better pharmacists, so PLEASE give someone else a chance!!! He has an accent n surely many complain about him. I gave one star for his coworkers BC they constantly apologize for him. That's sad!! Get someone else!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! 3 hours waiting on prescriptions... longer than I spent in the er with my son!!!!! You dont even deserve 1 star!
