they are slow ! it takes forever to get someone to help you ! they walk around like your now standing there. Today I went the drive thru and I arrived at 2:45! And I didn't get to the window until 3:30! And there's a lady that can't remember nothing you say . And she has to right it down to remember. And she is super hero slow ! Like turtle Slow. 🤦🏽♀️😡😠
Horrible customer relations management does not acknowledge that says that his employees don't act that way..
I've encountered some of the nicest people in customer service in this CVS pharmacy! The world needs more people like them.
This is the first time I got excellent quick service. Usually it is an hour or longer wait and I have to drive an hour to get there. ( yes insurance) very polite. They must have new people.
Great friendly staff,the store looks cleaner, and it feels like it had been remodeled
