The only reason I am giving them one star is because is so I can rate them. Once again, a prescription was called in by my doctor. Once again they said it was ready, and once again when I got there they said to come back in two hours. They suck so much.

Why is it acceptable for the pharmacist to say she will transfer a prescription later that night or the next day when I have a child with pink eye and an upper respiratory infection? How is that ok to make a child suffer without medicine because of your own laziness? This is the 4th time this particular pharmacy has done this crap to me. I'm so over it! On the upside, Kroger off of Epps Bridge is fantastic and quick and their prices are usually better than CVS. I would recommend using them to everyone!
I've dealt with CVS for YEARS! My doctor called in a prescription for me and it wasn't filed for 3 days! 3 DAYS! Another time I got a message saying that I would need to pick up my medicine by 4 PM. Got there at 2 PM and they got rid of it. UGHHH
It looks like I am not the only dissatisfied long-time customer.
Slow slow and slow again. They need to figure out how to work the process or hire more people in the pharmacy.
