The pharmacist is rude and condescending. The front store staff needs to be retrained about customer service and not assuming.
The drive thru option, at this pharmacy, makes this the best CVS in the area.
I am disappointed by the conduct of the pharmacist at this location. When asking about Tamiflu, I was met with arrogance and told that CVS doesn't prescribe which is incorrect, as some locations do offer such services. He could have said their branch does not prescribe, but he generalized for CVS as a whole. Beyond the misinformation, his attitude was unacceptable.
