On Friday February 26, 2021 at 3:30 pm I purchased a total of $84.00 of merchandise at CVS on Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL. Arriving at home I noticed 1 item was not in the bag. I was charged on the receipt. It was an item for $4.45 for band-aids. I immediately returned with the bag, receipt and explained this one item was not in the bag. The manager was called up front. I am appalled at the Behaviour of the pharmacist that can barely speak English and has no manners whether they be bedside or just regular customer associated manners . Purcell O workmates for whom she thinks she has some kind of baseball bat centre square on their forehead Feel the same. Get rid of this person She is nasty and need to be replaced by somebody that can handle her position because she obviously cannot handle it
