2 hours on hold waiting to talk to pharmacy. Drive thru lane is also terribly slow
Over 30 minutes on hold, no answer from pharmacist. Terrible response to new doctor and transfer. Pharmacy service is in disarray. Ready to switch
My husband just sat on hold for 36 minutes to inquire about his medication that he needs TODAY for a procedure tomorrow. He had to get back to work so I sat on hold for another 20 minutes and finally gave up. Are you kidding me? I’m switching pharmacies!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!
I have been on hold for 45 minutes just to check if my meds were ready.. does only one person work? My lord.....
Waited 20 mns. to drop off a prescription, then they tell me an hour to pick up! Ugh!!! Skips Drug is way better! 10 mns in and out if that!
