went to this location this morning at 4:30 AM. got two cards bogo free. when I found the cashier, he said can I help you. I said yes i would like to check out. he said I would have to use the self checkout. I said I need to make sure it gives me one free. he said only if you are a cvs rewards member. it does not specify that at all anywhere one the display. seems as if he is making up the rules as he goes along. if i wanted self checkout, I would do it. The staff is very nice so it isn’t their fault. They do the best they can with the staff they have. But they need more help . It’s is 7-8 hours for a prescription . And I usually wait 20-30 minutes inside or in a drive through . And while you are inside waiting the phone rings constantly, and says “there are 17 calls waiting “. So, you can’t even call them . They are the preferred pharmacy for my insurance . Otherwise I would not use them !
I dropped a prescription off at 7:30 am......at 2:30 pm, they were still "finishing it up". This happens every single time. My insurance requires that I use CVS but I hate their service. It takes 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru and that is supposed to be "convenient ". Ridiculous!
I’m sitting at the drive through, have been here for 20 minutes with no movement at all! This place has incredibly poor service!
Long waits, prescriptions are never ready even after being dropped off 8 hours prior. Always some issue...computer systemdown, short staffed, etc. I will say the staff is friendly and does the best with what CVS gives them to work with. If my insurance didn't require we'd .e to use CVS, I certainly would be with another pharmacy.
RecommendedTransferred a Rx script since my normal location was out of the medicine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their Pharmacist and each Tech! They made this process more than easy, delightful even! Above and beyond in caring for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
I miss my CVS off Harrodsburg Rd. I moved, recently using the. Todd Rd CVS. This one the customer service is not as good nor is the quick drive through as the Harrodsburg Rd CVS is fast! I go buy a lipstick the other morning and it is regular priced $8.79 but went to check out it's $12.99. Told the two cashiers that's wrong. She did a price check and saw I was right. We always wait at least 30-45 minutes in line. They are always understaffed & unorganized!
I dropped off my daughters Rx at 3:30 and they tell me it will be ready at 5:30. I get there at 5:30 and they tell me it will be another 30 minuets. When I come back at 6 they are rude and tell me to step out of line and call home for my daughters social security number. By 6:15 I finally get my daughters medication. I would ditch these jokers so fast if Blue Cross wasn’t forcing me to use them
