We pulled into the drive through at 5:59 to pick up 3 prescriptions that we had just been alerted that were ready. The employee is putting up a car window shade to block the window, right in our face. We push the call button and are ignored. I went inside, asked through the pharmacy window if they can please just ring up the 3 medicines they've already just prepared (its now exactly 6:00) and they said "no, we've already closed the register." This used to be my favorite place to get my rx . It's close . however They hired this new girl a few months ago African American , glasses . She is so rude . She has horrible costumer service and seems miserable , and I always seems to get stuck with her , Her communication is off when I asked her what perception was for me vs my daughter she said the name of it was on there , I didn't even have my kids rx yet that's why I was asking after talking to the pharmacist she gave me a shorter wait time to pick my daughters rx , wh... read more
Getting vaccines at CVS at Rufe Snow and Watauga Road is quick and easy. The pharmacist on duty when I got mine was Donna Pham. She is very professional, polite and friendly, and she follows all safety protocols very efficiently. The vaccine area is clean, private and easy to get in and out of. Good place for vaccines!
The staff is so helpful & kind. Pharmacist Ms Donna Phamm helps me and always has a smile!!!
