I visited the Optical Center and the Smile Direct Center, and I really enjoyed the friendly, professional service of the staff at both spaces. The store is very clean and the displays are neat and strategically placed and easily accessible. I found a new CVS to shop at. I'm very satisfied doing business there.
I wish in and out of there in about 10 min. Quick prescription fill in a time of desperate need.

The service is awful, there are rude and short of staff. They sent a text that my prescription was ready and when I get there the wait is too long and for them to tell they can’t find my prescription .and there is no record of my profile with my insurance information so second profile was created and then they find my old profile and tell me to come back in 15 minutes because my prescription isn’t ready !.So why did they called me to tell me it was ready the day before.
If I could give negative stars I most certainly would. Worst service, rude people, long lines and total incompetence!
