I love my Pharmacist Beane and her team. They have great customer etiquette. She always smiles and keeps me in the loop of my meds in case there is anything I need to know before paying. We are just people working with people and I have great respect for her and her team for what they do.
The pharmacist Hanna Kim has shown true compassion for the patients. Every time I come, she communicates thoroughly and provides clear instructions regarding the use of medication. Mrs. Kim even helped to mitigate any high cost through manufacturer coupons or other available incentives. She is the standard by which pharmacy practice excellence is measured. I get all my medication needs there because of her professionalism.
The friendly pharmacist are gone and the ones now rush you through make you feel very insignificant and as if you are a burden long waits only one person to help used to have friendly techs to help they are no longer there
