The pharmacy at CVS on Ryan Street Lake Charles, LA (store #266) is HORRIBLE. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. "Fred" was ridiculously unhelpful and when I asked him if I could have him send my prescription back to Walgreen's since none of the CVS in the area have what I need, he said, "Do it yourself, I'm not sitting on the phone with them for half an hour for your birth control." Don't go here, and definitely don't bother calling if you need help.
Quit going years ago and today I was reminded of why I never went back. I am very sick and dropped off prescription at 3. Was told it would be ready by 5. Ran some errands to kill time. Went around 545 and they still had not even started on it. No apology or anything and the first lady I spoke to was rude. I will never go back for sure now.
CVS on Ryan st. in lake charles, la has extremely rude staff. I am visiting from out of town and wanted prescription refills. They put me on hold twice, and were very rude as though my refills fucked up their day. If you can avoid them, please do.
I left work and headed straight there, however I was 2 minutes late to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tech/clerk was so nice when I told her it was my husband's rescue inhaler that I needed. She went ahead and rang up my medicine for me and was really nice about it. Thank you so much for hiring people who care.
