Their service is almost as bad as their systems. The app doesn’t link to the stores. Printed insurance cards at home, took photos and uploaded to the app. 11 days later went into the store to pick up a prescription and of course even though the app said 10 days prior that the photos were recorded and the insurance has been updated the store doesn’t have it on file. The staff at the Pharmacy here are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy.
Can’t get through on the phone, if you leave a voicemail, they don’t call you back. And apparently, even if you’re a medical establishment, the pharmacy does not answer the phone nor call them back. Unreal!
