The outside place have been dirty and full of garbage all the time for the last 2 months! Unhealthy and full of bacteria! Do not Go there!
I'm writing this letter to inform you that in my town of beecher Illinois, you just purchased my old pharmacy doc's drugs. i have lived in this town for over 10 years. i was very upset that patients were not informed at all regarding, CVS not taking blue cross and blue shield insurance. i was going there to pickup my blood pressure and diabetic medication and was told nothing could be filled due to the fact you do not take BCBS. very horrible that CVS did not notify anyone of the transition to warn people. i could not get my... read more
the CVS in Winamac is a useless pharmacy they tried to tell me the eye drops the dr fax script over to them was discontinued cause they are to lazy to order it . i set there for an hour before they desided to tell me they couldn't get it any ore .. no they can get it there just to darn lazy to order it cause it would make them do a little bit more work , i am done with cvs pharmacy
Service is atrocious, had to wait for 3 cashiers to finish chit chatting and serve me. When I eventually started to get served, the girl didn't make an effort to acknowledge me, didn't say a word and started talking AGAIN in the middle of my transaction! There was a massive line of people behind me and they didn't seem to care. Wtf??? I understand Vegas is not like a regular store but customer service?? The woman that served me also had a management tag on her name badge. ���
The absolute worst customer service both in store and over the phone!!! I wasted my entire lunch waiting on a photo that I ordered 3 days ago ! And guess what still did not get the photo....

I'm a hometown Cvs'r and loved the opportunity to visit Las Vegas CVS!! Loved the store! It had everything I was looking for at reasonable prices!!
They weren't that friendly or helpful. Had to ask a couple of times for help and you don't roll your eyes when people ask for it. Especially when they can see it.
