CVS has zero regard for those with disabilities. Refusing accommodations required under the American with Disabilities act. Refusing to resolve the issue because of the disabled persons request for accomidations. Will not take the matter seriously and will not take a complaint due to the persons disabilities. visited vegas this july and evidentally left my phone there. they charged it, called a reliable source on my contacts list. gained an address and paid to return it to me unharmed. thats america. thank you cvs staff and management. little did you know this was a business phone and has all my contact info and tons of related info that was invaluable to me if lost. again i thank you for taking the extra steps to do the right thing. much obliged. lifelong customer you have made.
How terrible is a pharmacy that has a system crash for hours? CVS terrible. How messed up is pharmacy that doesn't have a contingency plan for their known jacked up computer system CVS terrible! I Literally have a prescription waiting but they can't get it to me because their system is down. After this I will pay whatever extra out of pocket to go to any other pharmacy. - 5 stars !
