feeling annoyed at CVS Pharmacy. October 17 at 7:35 PM · Bethlehem · Seriously??? I dropped off a script 2 hours ago, was told the meds would be ready in an hour, waited 2 hours to come back so I would not have to wait... Guess what... Still waiting, won't be ready for at least another 15 minutes??? Time to switch pharmacies!!! If I gave this service at work I would not have a job .... Unacceptable..... I drove from the hospital to this CVS to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy was closed?! Since when is a 24hr pharmacy closed at 8p.m.? When did they shorten their hours?
Used to love them. 12 years they now shorten their pharmacy hours and put all new pharmacy staff. It is a fraction of the customer service it used to be. They need to bring back the pharmacist that was here for years...bad move. Time to move to Walgreens...
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Over charged me for a prescription. AWEFUL. Does anyone care about their customers??????
