Too many bad experiences here. The rudeness and lack of customer service never changes at CVS pharmacy. Total waste of time. Walgreen’s is much better. Thank you. Next.
This CVS is absolutely the worst pharmacy hands down. Their pharmacy staff is constantly rude when asked questions and has absolutely no compassion for it's customers. I have to call 8. 8 times! To find out a prescription wasn't available. I was there earlier that afternoon to pick it up and they sent me home and told me it would be an hour. An hour later I got a text that it's on order!
