The workers are so rude! Not professional at all!! Takes them forever to fill a prescription. Told me to come back in an hour, and well I did, and it still wasn’t ready!
Too much to list! Had nothing but trouble since I started filling my prescriptions. The coupon dispenser is always out
CVS Owasso you're staff is awful! You guy's are rude beyond belief. Reasors Pharmacy was closed so the Doc sent my script to CVS, they made us wait 45 minutes to fill my meds... They then proceeded to tell me that I filled my meds at Reasors wich I didn't because they were closed. They treated me as if I was seeking drugs! They then told me they couldn't give me my meds because Reasors had already billed my insurance, not sure how they billed me when they're closed. The machine to print coupons (and pharmacy rewards) never works. It's always broken or out of paper.
After righting several wrongs, I have nothing but amazing things to say about CVS.
Absolutely loved Mona at their checkout counter! Very helpful and kind.
Always something...was told today that the prescription I dropped off at 5:45 pm would be ready at 8:00 because they were about 2 hours behind. Showed up at 8:30 and was told another 15 or 20 minutes. REALLY!! Oh and Morgan is the person who helped us and she was rude as heck. Not acceptable! Time to research pharmacies!
Rude. All the employees just stare at you. Just go across the street to Walgreens.
