I called from a providers office today and I could not believe how rude the person answering the phone was! Said she didn’t have time to take the prescription order because she had other people waiting. What? 😳 This was after someone picking up and hanging up, so I had to call back. If you treat a providers office in that manner I would hate to see how you treat your customers. Goodness!!

I had to take my wife home before I went back and picked up her scrips . One of them was called in and I had to take the other one in for them to fill . My wait time was barely 10 minutes ! Great job CVS !!!
always a long drive thru line, told me I could pick up meds in 2 hours. Go to pick up meds and wait 20+ mins in line at drive thru to be told that it would be 45 mins longer. Get home 5 mins from this location and receive text msg that meds were ready. This is totally unacceptable and I'm switching everything to Walgreens. See Ya!
Why is it always so SLOW???? It's ridiculous and on top of that the pharmacy can't get the monthly refills done at the same time. We have tried so many times. Time and time again they will tell you everything's ready and then it's not!!!!!
They are so slow and I’ve sat in the car with a sick baby screaming for over 30 mins. And most of the staff in the pharmacy are rude!!
Amazing staff and a life saver.... traveling we left our bag with ALL our medicines at home...we didn't realize this until we finally stopped at the motel at almost midnight. And being the "old" people we are ... we had six medicines between us... the pharmacist was super nice and tried running meds through our insurance (which he informed us our rx coverage had stopped!!!
