They always mess up my prescription. I’ve been there 4 different times this week. They still messed it up. I went today and they weren’t going to give it to me unless I paid $150 for it claiming my insurance didn’t cover it. Which I have had that prescription covered before there. I am switching pharmacy after today. I am tired of them arguing with you and not listening. Generic name is not the same as brand name for me. Generic name messes with me. Yes you are busy and maybe assistance is limited. You really need a system that allows customers to know were they are in line. You start one customer, They get sent to another area to start all over in a new line. If you are helping one person and another customers name is called, don’t just walk away. That might work the first three times, but after that it appears rude.
The employees know us and all smile. Always answer any questions even if we have asked it 50 times before!!!!!
Always treated right. Staff is super helpful and nice.
People were rude and girl didn't know how to do two different debit cards, lady taking my info was extremely rude, saying my Medicare part D coverage was not the right one and it was. The lady pharmacy was the only nice way and was very nice when she gave me my shingles shot, I like Walgreen's the best, went there first, they were out of the medication for the shot. Won't go back to CVS for nothing!!
