Llegué el dia de la cita fui a caja y me enviaron a Minute Clinic, yo no sabía que era minute clinic, ni sabia que era otra cosa diferente a la farmacia pero que estaba dentro de la farmacia. This was my first visit at Franklin CVS Pharmacy. Besides the wrong timing (They close from 1:00 - 2:00 PM), the staff was friendly and overly efficient. The lady who was helping me was handling two registers at a time without making anyone wait. I am very pleased to be part of CVS pharmacy. Thanks
They regularly are out of a Rx I fill each and every month and their rapid refill phone refill program accepts my request and gives date & time when it will be ready but when I drive 14 miles to pick it up they tell me they are out of stock but can order! I have already requested the refill. Why didn't they order at that time? Also, they do not honor GoodRx price/coupon though they pretent to apply it. They do not seem to care for their customers.
