I thought a clinician's job was to administer medications, not preach. If her mother was okay with her getting birth control, who are you to judge? Very disappointing.
CVS Minute Clinic refused to administer a treatment they advertise as available - based on one of the potential indications for the treatment... No thank you there are plenty of other places for my family's business.
The CVS Minute Clinic on Hwy 55 in Cary denied an 18-year old a Depo Provera injection, claiming that it was “morally wrong.” The patient was an adult and therefore fully capable of making medical decisions for herself and of deciding what she believes to be morally appropriate. Depo is a healthy and safe alternative for busy young adults, and CVS employees should not be taking those choices away. That employee needs to find a new job!
Outrageous that Minute Clinic employees at CVS on Hwy 55 in Cary would cite moral reasons in refusing Depo Provera that a young adult woman needed for health reasons. Keep prejudice out of our health care.
Bad Customer Service – This pharmacy has continues to get worse and worse over the past year. We have used this location for 11 years. However they continue to make mistakes and cause my wife and I lost time. Prescriptions are not able to be filled through their phone system because the system says they are already being filled. Yet when we go in they don't have it ready. Then you have to come back because they are too busy.
