Competent and helpful staff… Give a 100 to the pharmacy staff & workers!
Although I have RSV, I was not offered any assistance in getting my prescriptions and had to go into the store to pick them up.
On the day when the auto-refill was scheduled for my prescriptions, the status on the CVS website was noted as 'preparing' for just about all day. I left a message to find out when they will be ready, and in fact someone called me back just to say that they will be ready by 6pm that day but if not, I can come by at that time to get them. The next day, I checked the status of the prescriptions and found out that the auto-refill was not done and they were noted as 'ready for refill'.
