I am submitting this review to address a concern regarding the new digital check‑in system at CVS Pharmacy. My father recently visited the store and was required to use a touchscreen to check in. He is not digitally savvy and was unsure how to operate the device. Unfortunately, staff did not offer assistance until he explicitly explained that he is an older customer who does not know how to use the tablet and needed help. CVS at the Target store in Mission Viejo is a clean family friendly place to go. As a senior, I always enjoy seeing the famlies with young children. It warms my heart!
