Dropped my sons prescription off earlier in the week. I called to find out if I could pick it up and they lost the script! They have no record of it being put in the system! Shame on you CVS Portage IN Location!
After waiting in a line in the drive thru for over 30 mins at 2:30 today 4/8/15 I was told I could pick my medications up anytime after 5:00. It is now 6:30 and yet I was told they are still not ready. This not the the first time this is w monthly issue. Unfortunately your the only place that accepts my insurance. Your staff is rude, just states "it's not my fault" and that it will be ready in another half hour should I chose to wait. I wish I had other options but I don't.
