Worse drive thru pharmacy ever! Always sit here more than 20 min and I’m only ever the 3rd car in line. They need to get this together.
Bought a 50 dollars Applebee’s gift card a couple of weeks ago and it’s not activated!! Cashier put receipt in bag but when I got home it was blank. Hope he needed my 50 dollars
Don't got there. Total incompident employees. The main corporate customer support is just as ineffective. They never contacted me back with my concerns and unprofessional ways they work. If I could give them a negative star I would.
The pharmacist and Tech's are rude. Spent 4 hours waiting for them then left and went back the next night and waited another 4 hours and they still didn't have the prescription ready.
Worst CVS I have ever seen in my life. Sat in line for 45 minutes to drop off paper prescription, then back an hour later to sit in line for 50 mins to PICK UP (while ill). Should have just sat there and waited. Staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful. Seems like they have no idea what they're doing. I would rather drive 20 mins to Chesterton CVS than to deal with Portage CVS. I would probably be there, pick up my RX, and home faster than traveling 3 mins up the road to CVS Portage. I HATE CVS!!! THEY ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! IM READY TO SWITCH MY INSURANCE, JUST SO I CAN GO BACK TO WALGREENS!!!! I often visit this Cvs for my daughter she takes 20 syringes of medication a day. During the last 4 years I have had a lot of situation come up. But I'm happy to say that there pharmacist Melissa has always went over and above to help me. People like her make the world a better place.
IM SO TIRED OF GOING IN THIS STORE AND THEY DON't HAVE WHAT IM LOOKING FOR����!!!!! I went in for a sale item (as usual) and the shelf was empty (as usual) and there weren't any in the back!!! It's Wednesday!!! The sale don't end until Saturday!!! I shouldn't have to go to another store when this one is right up the street from my house!!!! I will be contacting corporate about this store!!!! I'm tired!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
